FenceOps is a business application for fence contractors and sales teams. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.

1. Information You Enter
   FenceOps may store information you enter into the app, including:

• property addresses
• quote details
• job details
• notes, pricing, and proposal information
• company profile information such as logos and contact details

This information is used only to support the app’s CRM, estimating, proposal, and job-tracking features.

2. Camera Access
   FenceOps requests camera access to support augmented reality fence preview features. Camera access is only used when you choose to use AR-related functionality.
3. Photo Library Access
   FenceOps requests photo library access so you can select company logos and fence style images for use inside the app.
4. Location and Map Features
   FenceOps uses map and address tools to help with property lookup, address search, and estimating workflows. Address search and mapping features may use third-party services such as Google Maps and Google Places.
5. Data Storage
   Business data entered into FenceOps may be stored locally on your device and may also be included in app backup or restore workflows if you choose to use those features.
6. Data Sharing
   FenceOps does not sell your personal information.
   FenceOps does not share your customer data for advertising purposes.

Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers only as needed to support app functionality you use, such as map or address lookup services.

7. Third-Party Services
   FenceOps may rely on third-party services, including:

• Google Maps
• Google Places
• Apple platform services

Your use of those services may also be subject to their privacy policies and terms.

8. Data Security
   We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Choices
   You can control access to device permissions such as camera and photo library in your device settings.
   You may also delete app data from your device or remove data within the app, depending on the feature used.
10. Children’s Privacy
    FenceOps is a business tool and is not directed to children.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions should be posted at the current policy URL with a revised effective date.
